Privacy Policy
What we keep
- Your address, name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), mobile number, and recovery address if you give one.
- Your mail, contacts and settings, on LinuxBusiness's own servers.
- For business subscriptions: your payments, handled by PayPal. We never see your card.
AI on our own computer
An AI model that runs on UltraEmailBox's own computer reads incoming mail, including the text inside attachments such as documents and PDFs, to sort spam, scams and phishing into your Spam folder, and checks the names people choose. Your mail is never sent to an outside AI service, and the AI's only job is sorting and checking: it does not learn from your mail or keep it.
Pictures in email
Pictures that load from a sender's server can tell the sender when you opened an email. We hold them back until you choose to show them.
Text messages
Your mobile number is used to send you sign-up and recovery codes, and nothing else. We never share it or sell it.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information. We disclose it only when the law requires us to.
